A large country house, comprehensively rebuilt following extensive works begun in 2022, has been the focus of a far‑reaching landscape transformation. The scheme continues to evolve, with the pond and entrance driveway scheduled for completion in 2026.

The removal of the former tennis court has allowed for the introduction of productive gardens, including vegetable beds and pleached fruit trees, bringing both structure and utility back into the grounds. A new swimming pool has been created using a natural water filtration system and is set within a richly planted setting, with over 150 newly planted trees and extensive reworking of all lawns.
